Terms & Conditions
Placing an order indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions. We will treat each order for prints as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We the supplier have the right to refuse at our discretion to supply any printed matter ordered by you.
Description of goods
All descriptive matter, specifications and advertising are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the items / prints. Prints supplied may not fit exactly to the size ordered & may need to be cropped or fitted to the size selected, this will be done to maintain the image subject matter as best we can, but to our discretion unless otherwise stated. Every effort is made to make images a good representation of the actual product but 100% accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
All products are subject to availability and maybe withdrawn at any time. However it is our company policy to contact you if for any reason we find your images sent to us are unsuitable for printing or reproduction and you will be offered a refund (see cancelling orders) or to upload a more suitable image.
Delivery
All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input. If the carrier or post cannot deliver because of an incorrect address then we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement.
We will not take any responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs due to customers ‘safe place’ delivery instructions.
Please note: all of our goods are delivered in tubes or large parcels therefore will not fit into a letter or post box, please bear this in mind when you are providing your delivery address.
Payments
We accept payments by PayPal or debit/credit card. On the order you must provide us with our exact address and telephone number. Your order will only be dispatched once we are satisfied that payment has been properly received.
Availability of goods-
While we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our pledge, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused.
Defects or Damaged in Transit
Time limitation of notification of claims – It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage or defects to delivered goods. Details must be recorded & photos of the defects/damage to goods & the packaging must be supplied, and must be not later than 2 days after delivery. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging as this will be required to affect a claim against the carrier. All returns are dealt with by re-supply of prints.
Missing parcels
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery and carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there are items missing from delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. If there is anything missing please notify us within 2 days.
Non-Deliveries
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 5 days from expected delivery outside the stated time scales. Except when extenuating circumstances have prevented notification within the stated timescale. It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery or collection from your local post office/depot if you are out when the goods are delivered, all delivery details will be provided. Goods returned to ourselves by the carrier because delivery was not possible & no contact has been made within the time scales stated will be subject to a re-delivery charge at our standard rate.
Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for any delay or failure in carrying out our duties under this Agreement if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Colour printing
We aim to obtain the best possible colour reproduction on print work but because of the nature of the processes involved, we shall not be required to guarantee an exact match in colour or texture between the customer’s photograph or screen and the printed product.
Complaints
Should you need to contact us regarding products which you are not completely satisfied please email us info@largephotoprints.co.uk. We will respond to all complaints as soon as possible.
Cancelling Orders
- Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, where the goods are ‘custom made ’ you will have no right to cancel your order, return the goods or seek any refund.
- Cancellations are sometimes possible if the production process has not begun, please however be aware, the production process can start within an hour of the order being processed. Cancellations received before the production process has begun will result in a refund and will be issued the next working day. Large Photo Prints are charged a transaction fee when your order is complete which is non-refundable, this fee will be passed on when processing any refund due to cancellations.

Large Photo prints is committed to respecting the privacy rights of visitors to its Site. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, store and use personal data about you when you visit the Site, buy Products from us or otherwise provide your personal data to us. It provides you with details about the types of personal data that we collect from you, how we use your personal data and the rights you have to control our use of your personal data.
What personal information do we collect about you ?
When you access Large Photo Prints, register an Account with Large Photo Prints or purchase a Product from Large Photo Prints, we may collect some or all of the following personal data about you:
a username and password;
name and address;
billing and delivery addresses, email address and phone number(s);
Payment Method details;
your Images and other User Content;
Correspondence with and from Large Photo Prints;
Information about your use of Large Photo Prints, and your browsing and online purchasing activities; and details we may ask you to submit to verify your identity.
In order to take advantage of some of our Services, you may need to supply us with the personal details of a third party (for example, their name and address if you wish to send them a Product to them as a gift). We will not use this information for anything other than providing the Services for which the information was supplied.
Your images will not be shared or shown to any persons other than our production staff.
This data will not be sold to any third parties.
We do not store customer credit card details nor do we share customer’s card details with any 3rd parties.
How do we use your personal information ?
Your personal data will be collected, processed, stored and used by us, and only passed to affiliated companies acting under contract with us solely to fulfill your order.
When you sign up to Large Photo Prints and agree to our terms and conditions, we need to process certain data that allows Large Photo Prints:
to provide a service to you in accordance with our agreement;
to create personalised Products selected by you;
to associate your Account, and your Product purchases, with you, and to verify your identity;
to pass your Product order for delivery by third party deliverers engaged by us;
to provide customer support and improve your customer experience;
to contact you by email and mobile communication in relation to the products or services you have purchased.
Disclosing your personal data
We will not disclose any of your personal data, other than your telephone number and email address to courier companies under contract with us to enable us to provide our service and supply delivery updates and notifications.
We will not share your data with any other categories of organisation without your permission unless we are legally entitled to do so (for example, pursuant to a court order or for the purposes of prevention or detection of crime or fraud).
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) you have a number of rights you can exercise over your data. Your rights are:
The right to receive a copy of your data free of charge (know as a Subject Access Request);
The right to receive certain data in an electronic format that can be given to another provider (a portability request);
The right to have data corrected if it is inaccurate;
The right to ask us to stop processing or object to processing under certain circumstances;
The right to ask us to erase data in certain circumstances;
The right to withdraw consent at any time when that is the legal basis for our processing.

Deceptive emails
We will never ask you to confirm the details of your Account or Payment Method by email or mobile communication. If you receive such contact, please do not respond to it.
Information about our use of cookies
We use ‘Persistent’ cookies on Large Photo Print which are pieces of information that are placed on the hard drive of your computer and stay there unless you delete the cookie. Persistent cookies store information on your computer for a number of reasons, such as retrieving certain information you have previously provided, helping us determine what areas of the website you find most valuable, and customising the web site based on your preferences.
Large Photo Prints uses these types of cookies from Google Analytics, Google analytics doesn’t track your personal data, however it does track anonymously what pages you have visited and what you find most interesting. This allows Large Photo Prints to concentrate on product areas that may be more popular.
Security
We employ significant technical and organisational measures to guard against unauthorised or unlawful processing of your personal data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, your personal data. We believe the measures implemented by our site reduce the likelihood of security problems to a level appropriate to the type of data involved.
We have security measures in place to protect our database of Users and access to this database is restricted internally.
Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by English law and will be subject to the non- exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
